Locked my keys in my car after work. Went out to warm it up, turned it on, locked the door. Came out later to find out that my remote unlock wouldn't work because of reasons or something or other. Damn subaru's. It did cause me to go to the liquor store and pick up some samuel smith oatmeal stout and taddy porter though. New ones for me so hopefully they are good to smooth out that hour long wait for AAA.

I like that you're making the best of a bad situation. The oatmeal stout is super good. Never had the porter, though.

Mmmmm.... Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout. So good. I also used it to make pancakes once. They were heavy enough to be called illegal after the Snowball Derby. So amazing.

Yeah, its fun to try different beers and see what they do to the flavor. The fall "pumpkin spice" beers were tasty.

Basically you take pancake mix, add the required egg, but instead of oil and water, add beer to thickness. Makes the pancakes incredibly thick and fluffy usually.

Ahh, Moab. Last time there was 2005, as seen below. Its on the 5 year plan to get back there. I actually ate at the Moab brewery, but that was before I appreciated beer.

"Drinkable Bread!"

"Real Food!"
